Are Pain and Injury holding you back?

Cycle fitting - what is it?

Cycle fitting is a set of techniques and skills that combines the fundamentals of cycling with physiology and biomechanics to achieve the most comfortable, efficient, powerful, and safest riding position possible.
Your equipment needs to fit you well in order for you to be comfortable, perform well and reduce the
risk of injury. Things have moved on from the ‘tiptoes on the ground method’ to guess the right bike size and saddle height. Bikes come in many sizes, humans come in infinite sizes.
